(Richmond, IN)--Court documents indicate that a 55-year-old Richmond man says a female elementary student forced him to have sexual relations with her.  That girl, who is under the age of ten, told a much different story to a teacher’s assistant.  55-year-old Ronnie Black has now been charged with two counts of child molestation.  He admitted the encounters to investigators.  Black has no previous criminal record, but still faces spending what would amount to the rest of his life behind bars.
