(Richmond, IN)--There have been more legal filings in the class-action lawsuit surrounding April’s My Way Trading fire.  Defendant Seth Smith has filed for a motion for summary judgement.  In that motion, it is alleged that the two plaintiffs have not and cannot offer any evidence sufficient to justify piercing the corporate veil to treat Cornerstone Trading as Seth Smith’s mere alter ego.  A hearing on that motion is set for early November.  The EPA has still not released testing results despite having said they would do so well over a month ago.
