(Whitewater Valley)--An excessive heat warning is in effect Thursday for the entire Whitewater Valley.  Employers and school districts are taking precautions.  That includes pushing back Thursday night’s kickoff between Richmond and Eaton to 8 o’clock.  It also means Thursday night’s game will no longer be televised on MyTV Dayton.  And, while Thursday may be hot, it’s nowhere near the hottest Richmond has ever seen.  Than happened back in 2007, when the local thermometer it 108.  The last time Richmond hit a hundred degrees was July 7 of 2012.
