(Richmond, IN)--The first two tenants of Earlham Commons have been identified.  That’s the name given to Earlham College’s new multi-unit retail development on National Road West just east of Earlham’s main entrance.  Parlor Doughnuts is an upscale donut shop that will be on the eastern side of the development.  Roots by Tree Hills Farms is a farm-to-table restaurant and bar that already has a location in Winchester.  It will anchor the western end of the development.  One or two more tenants will occupy the middle section.  The new tenants are expected to open in the first month of next year.
