CITY OF RICHMOND GETS RESPONSE EXTENSION IN MY WAY FIRE LAWSUIT

(Richmond, IN)--The city of Richmond this week requested, and was granted, a 45-day extension to respond to plaintiffs in the My Way Trading fire class-action lawsuit.  The city cited the complexity of the case as one of the reasons for the extension request.  The next scheduled hearing is October 12.  That’s when Seth Smith, who previously owned the buildings and filled them with plastics, will ask the court to be removed from the lawsuit.
