(Connersville, IN)--Investigators want to find whoever is responsible for dumping dogs in Connersville.  Over the weekend, two dogs were found in a very small cage that had been covered in a tarp along West 18^th Street.  The dogs were hot and lethargic due to heat and lack of air flow.  A note had been attached indicating that the owner was giving them to whoever found them.  Now, police have released a photo of the dogs with the hope that someone will recognize their owner so that that owner can be arrested.
