(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Community School administrators say they can’t comment on the scathing statement the Kicks 96 and 101.7 The Point News reported Thursday in which the REA – or teachers’ union – said they’re under attack from RCS.  The dispute centers on what the REA says was the bypassing of the bargaining process and the removal of REA President Kelly McDermott.  The REA has filed two unfair labor practice complaints.  The REA has filed three other unfair labor practice complaints in recent years.  All of those complaints were determined to be unfounded.
