(Richmond, IN)--23-year-old Anthony Luker, Jr. remained in the Wayne County Jail Monday morning and is awaiting extradition to Preble County following the death of 57-year-old Kenneth Doolin.  Doolin was the man who died in a trailer fire late Thursday night on New Paris Pike near the state line.  Luker allegedly fled the scene shortly after the fire broke out in a stolen vehicle.  Luker was captured over the weekend in southern Wayne County while he was trying to get to a home just west of Richmond.  A female was inside the trailer when the fire broke out and was able to escape.  "We've talked to her.  We're pretty confident that we knew what was going on at the time the fire started," said Sheriff Mike Simpson.  So far, Luker will be charged only with having the stolen car.
