(Eaton, OH)--The man suspected of causing a fatal fire just outside of New Paris late last week has been transferred across the state line.  Anthony Luker Junior was taken from the Wayne County Jail Monday night to the Preble County Jail.  Luker is being held there without bond.  So far, he’s charged only with receiving stolen property after being caught in Wayne County with a stolen car.  He is suspected of setting a fire on New Paris Pike that killed 57-year-old Kenneth Doolin.
