CHARGES UPGRADED IN FATAL NEW PARIS PIKE FIRE

(New Paris, OH)--Charges have been increased against the man who investigators say is responsible for a fatal mobile home fire on New Paris Pike last week.  Richmond’s Anthony Luker now faces new charges that include reckless homicide and having weapons under disability.  57-year-old Kenneth Doolin died in the mobile home where he lived.  Preble County Sheriff Mike Simpson said there was lots of activity and that police had been called there before.  "There were other people that would come and go from this place."  Luker also faces a drug charge in Wayne County.
