(Lakengren, OH)--A 37-year-old Preble County man was killed early Sunday morning when he crashed his UTV.  It happened in Lakengren at around 2:30 Sunday morning.  Bradley Cummins was driving his UTV on Lakengren Drive when he went off the roadway and struck a culvert.  The UTV flipped and came to rest on its side.  Cummins was pronounced dead at the scene.  It was one of two alcohol-related fatal crashes in Preble County this weekend.
