(Richmond, IN)--Getting around Richmond is going to be a little more challenging Wednesday.  That’s because the bridge over the railroad tracks on North West 5^th just north of Indiana Avenue will be closed for much of the day. The closure is necessary so the bridge deck can be cleaned and sealed to get it ready for winter.  The closure is expected to last until about 3 o’clock Wednesday afternoon.
