(Hagerstown, IN)--The trial date for a former Hagerstown teacher accused of sexually assaulting a student has been moved back for at least the 13^th time.  Four years ago, Tom Drake was arrested after allegedly inappropriately touching a 14-year-old at a dance and then making advances when that student was alone with him in a classroom.  Trial was supposed to have begun this coming Monday.  The case has been transferred out of Circuit Court because Judge April Drake was a prosecutor at the time of Drake’s arrest.  The new trial date is in January.
