(Richmond, IN)--INDOT issued a brief update Tuesday on the Depot District Overpass replacement project.  INDOT said that it will be pouring pier caps within a week.  Those caps will protect new concrete pillars.  The overpass is still on target to reopen to traffic in about a year, will full project completion expected by the summer of ’25.
