(Columbus, OH)--The Ohio Supreme Court has ruled that plans to construct two large solar farms in Preble County can move forward.  An organization called Concerned Citizens of Preble County had fought the development for two years.  One of the solar farms is planned for the College Corner area; the other is for just east of Lakengren.  Opponents felt the plans for the solar farms were not properly publically advertised, but the Supreme Court ruled differently.
