(Richmond, IN)--A former Richmond resident has been sentenced to 50 years in prison for murdering his wife in a Richmond trailer park two years ago.  26-year-old Vincent Hoffman pled guilty to murder this week in Wayne Circuit Court.  In December of ’21, Hoffman broke into his mother-in-law’s trailer and shot his 34-year-old wife Jessica twice.  He would later tell police he heard voices telling him to do it and that he had been awake for days and on cocaine.  In the spring of 2019, Hoffman rammed his car into another vehicle occupied by his former girlfriend at the Centerville Dollar General.
