(Wayne County, IN)--Tuesday is Election Day in Wayne County and across the Whitewater Valley.  Voting, though, has been going on for nearly a month and will continue Monday, but only until noon and only at the Wayne County Courthouse.  Tuesday, there will be four voting locations in Richmond, one in Cambridge City, and one in Milton.  About 2100 Wayne County residents have cast ballots so far.  If you’re voting Monday or Tuesday, you’ll have to have a photo ID.
