(Richmond, IN)--Wolverine Worldwide is nine and a half years into a ten-year lease of a property on Industries Road in Richmond.  Now, they have notified local officials that they will not be renewing the lease when it expires.  Wolverine is transitioning to a fully remote staffing model, which became more common after the reaction to Covid-19.  The EDC is already working with a potential new tenant.  According to the website All Biz, there are a dozen employees working in the local call center.
