(Wayne County, IN)--There was a fatal crash on U.S. 35 in Wayne County on Saturday morning.  According to Wayne County Sheriff Randy Retter, it happened near the intersection of Davis Meyers Road between Williamsburg and Economy.  35-year-old Carolyn Legg of Muncie drifted across the center line and into the path of an oncoming feed truck being driven by Jay Ballinger of New Paris.  Legg was pronounced dead at the scene.  Ballinger was taken to Reid Health.  Investigators say Legg may have been looking at an electronic device just before the crash.
