(Connersville, IN)--An initial hearing is pending for a Connersville pastor accused of throwing an apple and hitting an elderly lady in the face at Walmart.  Garfield Seeley was jailed and then released after a warrant was issued for his arrest.  Seeley is charged with battery resulting in bodily injury.  There no word on what prompted the incident.  Seeley’s father Merle, who is also a pastor, was also charged with battery earlier this year after allegedly attacking a 16-year-old basketball player.
