(Richmond, IN)--A medical helicopter was summoned after a serious crash near the Wayne County Jail late Tuesday night.  It happened at around 10 o’clock on the sweeping curve of North A between the jail and the city building.  Scanner traffic indicated one person was unconscious at the scene.  The roadway was shut down.  Other details including the identities, conditions, and the cause of the crash have not been released.  (Photo:  Speak Out Scanners)
