(Richmond, IN)--Indiana State Police troopers were involved in a Richmond chase overnight.  At a little before midnight Wednesday night, troopers began to pursue a man later identified as 57-year-old James Mills of Richmond.  Mills was eventually captured in the area of South 7^th and P Streets and taken to the Wayne County Jail.  He’s charged with reckless driving and felony resisting.
