(Winchester, IN)--State Road 32 in Winchester has reopened Thursday morning after what appears to have been a fatal accident.  There have been no details released by law enforcement so far.  But, at around midnight Thursday night, scanner traffic indicated that INDOT personnel was being sent to the site of what was a fatal crash on 32.  The Winchester Police Department is expected to release more information Thursday.
