(Richmond, IN)--More shots were fired in two different locations in Richmond Thursday night.  In one of the incidents, police were called to the 300 block of Lincoln Street.  There were no reports of any injury, but police were able to make an arrest.  23-year-old Atlanta Millsaps, who lives in Richmond but not at that address, was charged with criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.  As she was being arrested, a search warrant was executed at the house.  On Wednesday, medics were sent to the same block on the report of a drug overdose.  The other shots fired incident happened on South 6^th.  Officials say there was no immediate indication that the two incidents are connected.  On South 6^th, the sound of gunshots was captured on a nearby resident’s door camera.  No injuries were initially reported and there is no indication that any arrests were made.
