(Richmond, IN)--Wayne County officials said Tuesday morning that the source of a loud boom that was heard across much of the city Monday night could not be located.  Most of the witnesses who heard it at around 9 o’clock last night were south of Main Street.  Some saw a flash.  RP&L did not report any power outages associated with the boom.
