(Richmond, IN)--The Richmond Community School Board meets Wednesday afternoon.  The Board is expected to formally enter into a settlement agreement and general release with REA President Kelley McDermott.  It comes after McDermott, the REA, and the school met and resolved all legal claims regarding McDermott’s contract cancellation and the Unfair Labor Practice Complaint that was filed in August.  McDermott’s removal had been an ongoing source of contention between the REA and RCS for months.  Terms of the agreement have not been released.
