(Richmond, IN)--With a unanimous vote Wednesday night, the Richmond Community School Board approved a settlement agreement and general release for former REA President Kelley McDermott.  Recently, McDermott, the REA, and the school met and resolved all legal claims regarding McDermott’s contract cancellation and the Unfair Labor Practice Complaint that was filed in August.  There was no discussion about the agreement Wednesday night and terms were not disclosed.
