(Preble County, OH)--A man charged in connection with a deadly fire on New Paris Pike has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity.  The defense team for 24-year-old Anthony Luker Junior has entered that plea.  That’s has forced the postponement of Luker’s trial, which was supposed to have begun this coming Monday.  Back in September, Luker allegedly set fire to a mobile home between New Paris and the state line.  Kenneth Doolin died in that fire.
