(Richmond, IN)--Richmond has landed a $25 million grant.  The grant comes from Lilly Endowment and is geared toward not only revitalizing downtown Richmond, but also to connect it with Earlham College.  According to the announcement, which was made Thursday, partial support will restore historic downtown Richmond buildings for both commercial and residential use.  It will also develop pathways to Earlham and make various improvements to the Whitewater Gorge.
