(Richmond, IN)--The cost of living in Richmond is once again well below the national average.  According to a new report called U.S. Utilities Market Size and Household Spending Report for 2023, the cost of living in Richmond is 18% below the state average and 31% below the national average.  The average Richmond resident is now paying $1400 per month for the ten most common household bills.  And, while that’s low in comparison to other communities, it’s nearly 11% higher than it was last year.
