(Richmond, IN)--The city of Richmond is facing another lawsuit as a result of the My Way Trading fire.  Owner Seth Smith and his company, Cornerstone Trading, are now suing the city and claim the city denied the company access to the site after the fire.  Smith claims he could not retrieve property at the site and they’re seeking $700,000.  While Smith is the plaintiff in the new lawsuit, he remains a defendant in an existing class-action lawsuit that has been moved to federal court.
