POLICE IMPERSONATOR ARRESTED FOR STRANGULATION

(Wayne County, IN)--A Winchester man who once posed as a police officer and held four teens against their will is back in jail after being arrested in Wayne County Thursday night.  49-year-old Kory Tracy was stopped by state police on U.S. 27 north between Richmond and Fountain City.  Tracy is now charged with strangulation and battery against a public safety official.  Details of what led to Thursday night’s arrest have not been released.  On his Facebook page, Tracy now identifies himself as a Winchester firefighter and EMT.
