(Richmond, IN)--Ten years is the sentence for a Richmond woman whose infant daughter suffered catastrophic abuse.  It was part of a plea deal for 29-year-old Casey Miller, who had originally faced a 40-year sentence.  Nearly three years ago, Miller’s daughter suffered injuries that included a brain bleed and broken bones.  The girl’s father, Matthew Shaffer, was sentenced last summer to 30 years.
