(Richmond, IN)--Richmond Common Council meets Tuesday night and will deal with a few new ordinances.  One would change the zoning at 1300 Rose City Boulevard, which is the area that was once home to Wayne Works, to allow for a concrete production plant that is directly tied to the project to widen I-70 to three lanes in each direction.  Another ordinance on the agenda would also change zoning for multiple homes to be constructed in what’s now a vacant area of South 37^th just south of Backmeyer Road.  Tuesday night’s meeting begins at 7 and can be seen live on WCTV.
