(Hagerstown, IN)--You may remember back in 2019, when longtime Hagerstown football coach and teacher Tom Drake was arrested for sexual misconduct with a minor.  Drake, who was 68 at the time, was accused of inappropriately touching a female student who was 14 at the time in a classroom.  Four and a half years later, Drake was supposed to have finally gone on trial yesterday.  That trial was delayed again…not for the first time or the fifth or even the tenth.  According online court records, this was the 22^nd time Drake’s trial has been delayed.  Prosecutors objected to the delay.  Now, the new trial date is in September.
