(Richmond, IN)--A Cambridge City man has been sentenced for a shooting that occurred in the summer of 2022.  Joseph Cottman, who is now 21, was a teenager when he shot Skylar Goodwin in the legs near North 13^th and B from the passenger seat of a vehicle.  Cottman was later identified by the driver.  On Monday, Cottman was convicted of three felonies related to the shooting.  He was sentenced to nine years in prison.
