(Williamsburg, IN)--There was an accident involving a motorcycle in Williamsburg Monday night, and the initial indication is that one person involved did not survive.  It happened at around 6 o’clock Monday night at the intersection of U.S. 35 and Sycamore Street.  Scanner traffic indicated that CPR was being attempted on a victim at the scene and that a medical helicopter had been requested, but was later cancelled.  The Wayne County Sheriff’s Department had not confirmed by 5:30 a.m. Tuesday that the accident resulted in a fatality.  More details were expected later Tuesday.
