(Fountain City, IN)--For the second time in a week, a Fountain City man has been jailed after allegedly exposing himself to a young child in a public retail store.  Wendell Woodall is charged again with indecent exposure and performing sexual conduct in the presence of a minor.  His jailing Wednesday stems from an incident that occurred August 18 at the Five Below store.  Last week, he was jailed for allegedly doing the same thing at Richmond’s Meijer.  Woodall remained in the Wayne County Jail Thursday morning on a $15,000 bond.
