(Eaton, OH)--The former Eaton Community School band director is now considering a plea deal.  Paul Bingle faces a total of eight counts involving multiple felonies after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with at least one female Eaton student.  Court documents filed Thursday indicate that Bingle has been offered a plea deal and that he and his attorneys are considering whether or not to accept it.  If the case goes to trial, that trial would begin late next month.  Details of the plea offer have not been released.  Bingle has been in jail since his arrest a month and a half ago.
