(Richmond, IN)--On the last day it could, Richmond Community Schools filed its answer to a bullying lawsuit.  Both the school and the city are being sued based on allegations that a Dennis Middle School student was bullied for two years in incidents which included physical injuries and sexual assault.  In the 66-point response, which was filed Thursday, RCS admits that they addressed certain behavioral incidents involving that student, but denies that any actual bullying occurred.  The school district also Thursday filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit.  No future hearing dates appear in online court documents.
