(Richmond, IN)--Richmond’s string of lottery luck has continued.  No one from the area won the Powerball’s top prize last Saturday, when the jackpot was $1.8 billion, but there was a ticket sold in Richmond that is now worth a nice chunk of change.  Someone bought a ticket from Rose City Quik Pix on Industries Road that matched enough numbers to make that ticket worth $50,000.  Once in 1998 and again in 2007, winning Powerball tickets were sold in Richmond that were each worth over $300 million.  No one from our area bought the ticket in either case.
