(Richmond, IN)--An arrest warrant was issued Tuesday for a Richmond man who was allegedly involved in a horrible case of child neglect.  Daryl Grubbs is now being sought for his alleged role in the case of neglect after a 19-year-old disabled girl was found dead on South 10^th in July.  Two teenage boys were found in deplorable conditions inside the house, which included a foot of trash on the floor and animal waste throughout.  Also Tuesday, an initial hearing was set for the children’s mother.  Liza Lindsay is set to make her first appearance in court on the 24^th.
