(Richmond, IN)--A new traveling memorial tribute rolls into Richmond Wednesday night.  It’s the Global War on Terror Tribute.  Before it’s unveiled nationally for the first time Thursday, there will be a processional Wednesday night.  It will begin at 6 o’clock at the state line on U.S. 40 and work its way west on East Main and then on North A to the Veterans Memorial Park in the gorge.  The public is being invited to line the procession route.
