(Cambridge City, IN)--A federal lawsuit involving a member of the Cambridge City Police Department is being dismissed.  The case was originally filed in Wayne County three years ago and moved to a federal court.  In the lawsuit, Bradley Harris made numerous allegations involving the destruction of evidence that he claims would have proved his innocence in a child molesting case.  A federal magistrate now indicates that the matter has been resolved.  Harris filed numerous lawsuits while he was an inmate at the New Castle Correctional Facility.  He has at least two lawsuits still pending.
