(Wayne County, IN)--The main route between Richmond and Boston has reopened after having been closed for several months.  State Road 227 had been closed since spring to allow for the replacement of a bridge over railroad tracks near where Garrison Elementary once stood.  While 227 has reopened, two other areas highways will be closing.  Both State Road 44 between Liberty and Connersville and U.S. 40 just west of U.S. 127 in Preble County will be closing in the coming days.
