(Fountain City, IN)--The Fountain City man arrested for exposing himself to children twice in the last month in public places is now not likely going anywhere soon.  Wendell Woodall now faces much more serious charges after having been arrested Friday on 12 counts of possession of child sex abuse material and child solicitation.  Unlike following his previous two arrests, Woodall now is being held on a $50,000 cash bond.  In the most recent arrest, RPD investigators called Woodall’s conduct, quote, monstrous and predatory, unquote.  The new arrest came after a search warrant for his electronic devices from his second arrest.  Woodall is due in court for an initial hearing next week.
