(Wayne County, IN)--A man has been accused of driving while intoxicated causing endangerment and driving with a controlled substance in his body at around the time school buses were running Monday morning.  31-year-old Skylar Fletcher was stopped yesterday morning on U.S. 40 near Washington Road.  During the stop, officers also allegedly recovered methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.  He pled guilty to nearly identical charges four years ago and spent about three months in jail.  The amount of drugs recovered Monday has not been released.
