MAN WITH FOUR INTIMIDATION CASES IN THREE YEARS JAILED AGAIN
(Richmond, IN)--A Richmond man who has already been tagged by the state as a serious violent felon is facing a new round of charges after an incident Thursday night. It began with the report of up to eight people walking around with baseball bats in in the area of the 200 block of North 13th. Officers arrested 38-year-old Odell Oliver and charged him with burglary and battery. Oliver has had four different cases of felony intimidation in the last three years, including one which is still active with a jury trial scheduled for December.
