(Richmond, IN)--A health clinic on Thursday announced plans to move into a new facility on Richmond’s west side.  Well Care Community Health now operates at a facility on East Main in Richmond across from the Wayne County Jail.  At some point early next year, they’ll move into a new facility in the 2200 block of West Main.  Administrators said in the release that the new location will offer expanded clinical space, enhanced technology capabilities, and improved accessibility features.
