(Centerville, IN)--An argument escalated into a shots fired incident in Centerville Thursday morning.  It happened in the area of Plum and 4^th Streets.  A caller to 911 reported hearing a shot outside and then sheltering inside a home with several children.  While on the phone, a dispatcher heard a second shot.  Police arrived and arrested 24-year-old Justin Cromwell.  He’s now charged with two counts of criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon.  No injuries were reported.
